At WeAR1 we are dedicated to fostering community support and engagement. Our mission is to create a strong network that empowers individuals and groups to connect and thrive together.
The We AR 1 organization was established to implement and collaborate a variety of community engagement programs designed to support underserved populations, build relationships, and address social-emotional, economic, and educational troubles and triumphs. Through successful collaborations between organizations, businesses, and local residents. We aim to achieve positive outcomes and help individuals, families, and communities Plan, Prepare, and Prosper successfully into the present future.

Boundless Creative Art Styles (BCAS) is a culturally responsive performing and visual arts innovative initiative program designed to enhance support and entertainment to underserved students/youth academic, social-emotional, and positive behavioral success. Particularly lower-income and minority youth, who lack consistent access to Performing and Visual Arts education and experiences. BCAS partners with school districts to deliver in-school and after-school performing and visual arts programs that build creativity, speech communication, self-confidence/identity, volunteerism, cultural awareness, and core and elective academic engagement and enhancement.
BCAS comprehensive model & curricula integrates: Dance, Drama/Theatre/Musical Theatre, Lighting & Sound Production, Music – DJ/Producer Composition & Technology, and Visual Design (Abstract/Realism Sketch/Draw/Paint along with core acadmeic subjects of Math, History, Science, Technology, and Language Arts/English. Boundless Creative Art Styles offers experiential learning led by trained Instructional Artists and Performing and Visual Arts licensed Educators. The BCAS program enhances District Arts opportunities, provide equitable access, and strengthens Plan, Prepare, Prosper Development through cognitive therapy, Perfroming and Fine Arts-based BCAS Program Instruction aligns with Arkansas and National Education Standards.

BCAS "Growing Healthy Habits" is a holistic school and community garden initiative rooted in food justice, mental and physical wellness, and youth empowerment. Developed in direct response to the food desert crisis in North Little Rock, Arkansas and surrounding areas, the program addresses systemic inequities through accessible resources

Growing Healthy Habits School Community Gardens in essential for our ongoing food insecurity and Food Banks and others, especially during the current food desert here in North Little Rock and surrounding areas. Mental Health First Aid is a priority. Implement and assist in the progression of our positively evolving schools, communities and the multitude of diverse families/students and individuals we serve. Consistent inspiration, Education, educational resources, accessible resources, open guidance, re-structure, advocacy, compassion, and elevated ways of living healthy, will impose successful lives mentally and physically in a constantly evolving society within our communities re-building phase of Plan, Prepare, and Prosperity to ensure we just “do the right thing.”
